Tyler McIntosh

Tyler joined Roth Weinstein as a law clerk in 2020 and became an associate in 2021. He grew up in Western New York and attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. After graduating, Tyler moved to Omaha to attend law school at Creighton University. Most of his practice is dedicated to keeping immigrant families together whether they are in immigration proceedings, or state courts. Tyler has successfully represented hundreds of clients between the immigration courts; and in guardianship, family law, and criminal defense proceedings across the States of Nebraska and Iowa. He has extensive experience helping child immigrants who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected by their parents gain permanent residency in the United States.
